Fixed-rate repair support (send-back type manufacturer repair)

The fixed-rate repair support is a service that repairs four products: M-1000, M-2000, MS-1100, and MS-2200, for a fixed fee.

Contents of the Simple Plan: Repair of other parts (Auto Feed Cutter Unit normal, Circuit Board Unit normal) Contents of the Economy Plan: Repair of the Auto Feed Cutter Unit and other parts (Circuit Board Unit normal) Contents of the Value Plan: Repair of all faulty parts <For customers who purchased the 4 targeted products> Send-back repair support is a service where, if a malfunction occurs in the Ecto product you are using, you can send the faulty product to us for repair (repair of the faulty parts, disassembly for cleaning and reassembly at the component level) and it will be returned to you. We strive to respond to all inquiries regarding the repair of Ecto products quickly and kindly. During the warranty period, repairs are free of charge within the warranty provisions; thereafter, repairs will incur a fee. (Replacement of consumables is chargeable.) There are no charges for travel expenses, making it reasonable. Please apply through your dealer for use. *The shipping cost at the time of sending is the customer's responsibility.
